Scanned Images can be saved in most formats such as PDF or added to existing files held in our Document Management Software.

Using the very latest high-quality large format scanner coupled with specialised software enables us to obtain images from even the poorest quality originals. The software even allows parts of a drawing to be enhanced and saved as a section of the original.

Previously Microfilmed Drawings can also be scanned and Digitised. These can be saved as PDF files or added to our DMS where the additional indexing options of multi level indexing may prove beneficial. e.g. Drawing Number, Title, Project and Issue Number. The DMS will also provide totally secure online access to authorised users from any location.
